aloha,we live in a 4 bedroom home in mililani, near mililani shopping center. we have a fence and walls all around property. approx 5200+ sq ft. yard, washer & dryer available. near many bus stops if you need, that goes all over island. approx 23mins drive to honolulu and to north shore. depending on traffic.
we have 2 unfurnished private room, w/a large closet & windows. you will be sharing a bathroom w/a shower, w/ 3 other people.
there will be a total of 4 other roommates besides you.
there are 4 dogs that live here. must love dogs! we are all a friendly bunch, looking for a friendly, clean up after themselves and a respectful person to occupy last room.
the rent is 858/mo (if three rooms are occupied. only 643.75/mo if all rooms are occupied. you will be responsible for your share of electricity (usually 250/mo for a full house) & your share of wifi which is $60/mo split between all roomies, 100mbps.
