the person who rents space will have access to the entire house; kitchen, living room, dining room, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, deck, yard, and garage to park car.
my home is set in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to the water and beach access. also, walking distance to alternative beaches as well. excellent restaurants in neighborhood. 10 minutes to i95 & merrit parkway. 5 minutes from town center & train station. close to mall & boston post road.
note: the person i am looking to share my home must be clean, respectful, and not a late night partier. also, must like dogs.
