i am a neat, quiet female professional looking for a roommate (female preferred) who would have the second story of my 1800sq ft, 118 yr-old farmhouse to yourself. i live at the end of a dead-end street just off leestown rd, 1/3 mile from downtown midway, 1/4 mile off 64. 15-25 min from lexington (depending on where in lex), 15 min from georgetown, 7-10 min from frankfort, 10 min from versailles. $450, utilities included.

wood floors throughout the house, upstairs and down. i am looking for a roommate for the entire second floor, which is currently a bedroom and fairly large living area. it is currently furnished, but i am willing to move/store whatever you don't want up there to make room for whatever you bring. it currently includes a mini-fridge and microwave, but you would have full use of the kitchen downstairs. i currently only have one bathroom, which we would share. washer and dryer available for your use as well. outside storage available if needed as well.

i have two dogs - one large and one small, so you must be ok with dogs. my dogs are not cat fans, so a cat is probably not a good idea, but well-behaved house-trained dogs are certainly negotiable. my dogs generally do not go upstairs, so you do not have to share your living space with them if you do not want to. they are both hypoallergenic, neutered males.
i currently have cable, but i am not keen on keeping it unless you want to split the bill.
