house is furnished; room can be partially furnished or not. balcony, off street parking for 1 car. easy access to highways. walking distance to movies, restaurants, grocery store. storage space available in attic no charge or basement for 25$ fee.

i will clean after myself; you do the same. i do not always have a regular schedule so may be around the house for days or gone for days. i am a quite individual. may consider couples.

occasional get togethers are fine, but no large, rowdy parties. non-smoking, no drugs.
