my name is mandy and my fiance and i have a room for rent in the kendall area. we are located about 10 minutes away from town and country and about 20 minutes away from miami dade college kendall campus and fiu is about 30 minutes away.

it is a very nice community with a pool, gym, game room and many more amenities that have not been set up yet as the complex is fairly new.

we do own dogs so you must be dog friendly, they are very sweet and well behaved. they get excited when we get home from work or school so expect some noise but not to much.

in your rent agreement, you will find that you have your own private room, private bathroom and access to the kitchen with washer and dryer included in the apartment, you are required to maintain a clean environment on a weekly basis.

we require a deposit of 1400 upfront, that is first and last months rent.
