i am renting out a bedroom in my 2/1 apartment in the design district. i'm asking for 650 a month, everything included (water, electricity, comcast...). i will have to ask for a 500 dollar (fully refundable) deposit but it may be negotiable depending on the situation. the community is located right next to biscayne and is therefore super close to major bus routes. walking distance to publix etc. couples, little kids or babies are welcome but i will have to ask for another 100 for a second adult. must be a clean person. as in no drugs and has to be able to clean after themselves. must be okay with a baby (he's really quiet but some people dont like being around a baby which i understand). i also have a kitten so if you're allergic it may not work out. pets are allowed but the apartment management would ask for a 250 non refundable pet deposit so its up to you if you wanna pay that for a short term. the room will be available till november (maybe longer, i'll know by the end of the month)but i need it to be occupied asap. you can either move in now and i'll pro rate the month for you or you just pay me in the middle of the month. i'm flexible. the room already has a full sized bed so all you need is sheets for it. it also has a very big walk in closet. the apartment is fully equipped so you wont need to bring anything. community has 24 hour security, maintainance, gym, pool, a cafe and laundry facilities
