i currently own a three bedroom, 2.5 bath home. it is located in a central location in kendall, near supermarkets, malls, public transportation and miami dade community college (kendall campus). i love living here, as it is private and secure. i have two dogs and a cat, which are mostly outside. if weather conditions are horrible, i bring them inside, so pet lovers are preferred. there is a washer and dryer in the house, a big yard and i am walking distance from a park. i am currently working towards a doctorate and an entrepreneur, having my peace of mind in the house, a clean home and someone i can trust are a few things that are very important to me.
