since i am going to europe till february i am subleasing my room in the big three bedroom house, which has yard, kitchen, dinning room, living room, has washer and dryer. the room i am offering has a bed, dresser, chest, desk, tv stand, shelves and 2 closets. the rest of the house is furnished but if you have your own stuff, it might fit, depends.the area is great, very safe, it is in the upper "better" side of the i-10, couple minutes to the i-10 entrence, or causeway, walking distance to veteranse and even a bus stop)
no pets allowed by owner.
you will basicly have only one roomate, a guy 32 years old, the third room is too small and used as a guest room. the larger bathroom in a hallway is all yours, since my roomate has his own in his room, unless there are guests in the third room.
security deposit is 450$, rent is 450$ plus bills, but that is somewhat negotiable and deposit may be paid in instullments.
the pictures im posting still have bunch of my and my baby's stuff in the room, it all obviously be gone by the time you will move in, so just got to imagine the room for now w bare furniture.
