it's a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a quiet mesquite neighborhood. close to i-30 and highway 80. it's just currently me living here, as well as my son a couple days a week. i would prefer a female roommate (bad experiences in the past!) i don't have any pets, and i don't smoke. if you're a smoker, just please do it outside. it does not have a private bathroom in the bedroom, but i only use the one in my room. the room is not furnished, but has cable already hooked up. deposit and lease length can be talked about and figured out together. no drugs in the house please. no overnights guests on a regular basis. feel free to ask anything you want to know.
