hey i have a room available in my house it is a really nice place about on the tempe mesa border close to mcc and asu. right close to freeway and bus lines. the house is me and my girlfriend we share the master bdrm and then one of the rooms i have set up as an office and i am wanting to rent out the third room. the room is decent sized with closet and since there is nobody else in the other room you will not have to share a bathroom with anyone. the house also has a pool, really nice covered patio, garage. and rent includes everything but electricity since it changes every month so it will be split 3 ways. about me i am in my early 20's i work full time so i am pretty responsible but i do like to go out and have a good time on the weekends me and my girlfriend are both very laid back and easy going pretty much always drama free and we are very easy to live with. looking for either a student or someone who works full time and is responsible and around the same age. i can also send pictures if you want. thanks for reading hope to here from you
