i am looking for a clean, friendly and respectful roommate. i am a teacher and work monday thru friday. i own my house and want to keep it nice. it is a small patio home. on mckellips and horne in north mesa. it is close to the 202 and is about 10-15 mins from asu, and tempe market place. my house has a garage that you would be welcome to use as long as your car does not leak. you will also have your own room. i have an office area you could put up a computer desk if you wanted. my home is fully furnished with the exception of your bedroom. $430.00 a month includes all the untilies and cable and internet. i give my roommate as much respect as they give me. i don't mind if you have a occational guest however, i don't want to feel like i have two roommates. i do have two trained dogs. however, they don't get along with other animals. please be drug free!
