my home has 2 master suites, so your room has its own bath, and walk-in closet. it is furnished. rent includes wi-fi, water/sewer/trash, and electric. it does not include cable (i watch netflix or hulu) or irresponsible use of resources (i.e. running a/c at 65 degrees).

there are privacy gates at all entrances; a neighborhood pool & jacuzzi; and basketball court with ramada. it’s less than 1 mile north of the us60 on greenfield rd. my neighbors are great, and we have a good time when we get together. want to check it out? click (dot) k8 (at) gmail (dot) com. the house is 9 miles from mesa cc, chandler-gilbert cc, and asu polytech; 14 from asu main; and 20 miles from scottsdale cc and the phx airport.

i am pretty laid back, well-educated and traveled, and like to have a good time, but am not a partier. i have 2 scottish terriers (who are extremely well-behaved). i am not a clean freak, but appreciate things being in their place. i am a non-smoker and will not tolerate drug use.

i will hold the room for a $200 hold deposit ($150 is refundable if not necessary for excessive cleaning, room repair or early move-out). first months’ rent is due on move in. i ask for 3 weeks notice, and a minimum of 6 months rental contract. i will run a background check, and require 2 letters of recommendation and proof of income.
