i am renting out a room in my brand new home to help out with expenses. it was built just 2 years ago and i am the first tenant. it is a 3bedroom 3bathroom home.rent is $375 + 1/4 utilities monthly.
the room is a good size with a walk in closet. the bathroom will be shared with another roommate. the house is overall quiet, no partying, etc. i do occassionally go out but don't bring the partying to the house. i occassionally have a friend over or two and don't mind if you do the same. all i ask is that we remember we are living with others and we are respectful of each other. i am very easy going and easy to get along with.
outside smoking is ok but not inside.
