the lease ends in october 2016. $500 deposit to move in and $40 application fee (the application fee is directly paid to the complex). this apartment complex is crime free with 2 pools and a fitness center. access to freeways and public transportation very close to the residence and the tempe marketplace and grocery stores are also nearby.
you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. the bedroom has a decent size closet and the apartment is on ground level. kitchen and living/dining room are the only shared spaces.

you will pay the flat $500 directly to me every month to make the financial part easier for the both of us and that covers rent, utilities, and internet.
