i have 4 oversized bedrooms available on august 14th. all rooms are large enough to accommodate king sized beds with night stands and a dresser and still have ample space left over. bedrooms are all unfurnished. this is a 2900 square foot home with 1 1/2 bathrooms with an attached 1200 square foot casita that has 2 rooms, 1 bath and a kitchenette.about the neighborhood: this is a historical neighborhood, very close nit, family oriented and everyone knows everyone. people here are genuinely sweet and ready to lend a helping hand. you will truly fall in love with this home and the area. it's close to the light rail, bus routes, shops, restaurants, schools and more. the home is only 6 miles from asu.
monthly rent is $500 + utilities (split between all renters).
rent includes yard maintenance.
rooms are rented on a month-to-month basis.
move in costs are 1st months rent + $500 deposit (deposit can be split into 2 payments).
rooms are rented based on single occupancy only.
