room for rent in 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome on merritt island. looking to furnish room by time it's ready, but posting as not furnished. convenient to public transportation. minutes from 520/528, beach and port canaveral. rent also includes use of association pool. 1/3 utilities also expected. i'm a divorced father of 4 daughters and grew up with 5 sisters and prefer female roommate. my youngest who is 10 has one bedroom in the house and is with me 1/2 time. mostly private bath except when she is here, but she uses my master more often then not now so, pretty much you have the bath to make your own. i love pets, have a most awesome english bulldog, who can be a bit to get used to for some, but he is so loveable.. but he is hit and miss with other pets..sorry.. call me if any questions.. deposit is $500 as well..
