me? i'm a retired professional, retired soldier, and a happy, friendly person who smiles a lot. i'm not a clean freak, but i'm fairly neat, and would expect the same from you. i stay pretty busy with many hobbies. i don't judge, nor do i expect to be judged, and i'm very open-minded. what i'm offering is the entire upstairs which includes two large rooms, a private bathroom, and a walk-in, plus two smaller closets, along with some attic storage, all contained in a large home built in 1922, situated in a great neighborhood. you are welcome to, in fact encouraged to relax and share the rest of the house. my downstairs bedroom and office are two rooms that i exclude from sharing. other than that, relax and enjoy yourself. you? relaxed, responsible, an adult, and one who acts accordingly. one who will share housekeeping responsibilities, and take care of their private spaces, just as i will care for mine. if you desire complete privacy, so be it. looking for a relaxed, friendly place to call home? that's more my style. finally, i am looking for a person with whom i... what's the word? click! yes, that's it, so i'll be sort of particular about who i select - don't take it personal ;). oh yes, the check-a-block form didn't leave room for "we can talk about it". most things are negotiable, like if you have a small, quiet pet, we can talk about it, etc. this ad might be a bit premature, as i'm currently remodeling all the rooms upstairs, and they are not presently ready from prime time (pictures). so if you are not in a rush, pictures will be available in late september.
