i am clean, smoke and drug-free and home a lot since i work out of my home and on dialysis 3 days a week and tend to sleep a lot. my 8 year old child is here on the weekends, fri night thru mon am.
i prefer someone that is considerate, clean, quiet, and smoke & drug-free. must provide current drivers license and/or fl id. my daughter (weekends only) prefers that i get a female roommate. i cannot be picky, at this point. i'm not looking for a girl friend, on this forum. background checks may be performed.
