my boyfriend and i are looking for someone to share our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment with us. to move in you will need to pay a deposit of $340 plus the rent which is $340 and the utilities (we pay electricity and the landlord pays waste and water). we have air conditioning throughout the apartment. we are ommp friendly, but our apartment complex is smoke-free per our rental agreement so it can only be done on the balcony. neither one of us smokes cigarettes, but we allow that on the balcony also. sorry, but the landlord won't allow pets. we live close to everything. we're directly behind fred meyers, walking distance from food 4 less, 5 minutes from rogue valley mall and the freeways and about 5-10 minutes from downtown.
