i am interested in renting out my room in the apartment i share with my sister. we just moved into the apartment this past june but are going to virginia for college reasons until next year. i'll be flying back occasionally, but i wouldn't like the space to remain empty for so long. the room is carpeted; has a queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser w/ mirror.

the apartment (parkside at craig ranch) is a unique, upscale urban community in mckinney, tx. everything from exclusive shopping and fine dining to a golf course, ball field, and soccer complex are within easy distance of the apartments, so all the best the area has to offer is just minutes away. the apartment community has a fire pit with seating, a wellness studio, an enclosed on-site pet park, and a sparkling pool with cabanas, along with much, much more. food trucks come out every week and there are often fun events held, such as "movie night."

with the room, you will have access to a full bath and a walk-in closet. amenities include: gym/fitness center, swimming pool, garbage disposal, security system, refrigerator, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, elevator. all utilities are included in the monthly rent except wi-fi which is a $50 charge.

regarding renters, i would like a responsible, neat female of any age who is a working professional or working college student. the room will be available from august 30, 2017 to may 1, 2018, and you can rent for short-term (2-3 months) or for the entire time that it is available.
