i have a room for rent in mckinney, tx. you will have your own private bath. the rent is 660. that is everything included. rent, water, electric, tv and internet... along with all the deposits being taken care of in the price. i believe you will have to get your own renters insurance, but i paid for a whole year. so possibly you could be added to mine. the apartment is completely furnished besides your bedroom and bathroom. there is no washer and dryer but there is a really nice laundry facility in the complex. you upload cash onto a card that the complex gives you. this makes it so no outsiders can use out laundry facility. it is pretty nice and so are the people who work here. the maintenance guy is so cool. the kitchen has every appliance, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glassware.... it has everything. i have been living in the place for two months and there are 10 months left on the lease.a little bit about myself:
i am a 23 year old male who works part time and also has an internship from home. i also go to school full time. i have a flawless record and i am driven. i have one of the sweetest cats imaginable named lulu. she's a fat chill cat who has never scratched anyone or had an accident. the only thing you have to worry about from her is her wanting to cuddle with you. she loves people. her litter box is in my room and i clean up after her daily. i promise, i am an amazing owner and she will not be an issue. i ask for no more pets since the apartment complex does not allow more than one. i am extremely kind, open-minded and easy to get along with. i respect your space and your belongings... i only ask you do the same. my parents live in florida and are retired. so don't worry, i may be young but my parents are out of the picture. when i'm not working or studying... i just like to kick back and grab a beer. or hang out with friends, but i usually go to them and not have them over. i will totally give you a heads up if i plan on having a friend over. i'm very considerate.
what i am looking for:
male or female who can pay the rent of 660 on time and sign the lease for the remainder of the year. i am the main person on the lease so i will take on the liability. someone who cleans up after themselves and wouldn't mind grabbing the occasional beer. i would prefer no religious nut jobs. if you're religious that is completely fine. i'm just saying intolerant extremists are not welcome. no drugs please. i'm cool with weed, just don't be a dealer haha. honestly, i just want a cool person that i can trust around all my stuff.

lastly, i was a bit unlucky with my first person. i would need you to sign a basic rental agreement contract, one that i will sign as well so we both have some basic insurance. i'll need a background check as well. if you have like a dui or pi or possession charge for pot... you know the basic stuff a lot of people get in college.... i will not care. just no felons.
