i'm leaning more towards a female renter, a female person is more incliened to pay her bills on time and is more trustworthy. i do not have to worry about her trashing the room or my house. i'm not interested in any of the hanky panky stuff - i'm interested in $$$.
this person will be sharing a house with all the amentities associated with any house. the house has a full basement, a seperate office area, a full yard and garden. the police and fire departments are two doors down and always driving by.
i don't play games and don't expect them from you. i'm a laid back person. plus i'm 51 years old.
