i have two, possibly three rooms for rent.these rooms for rent are in a nice maumee neighborhood and your rent will include the following. your room or room's. access to the rest of the house (minus my room,son's room and depending spare rooms), this includes living room, kitchen, basement, and fenced backyard.it is expected that you clean up after yourself, and feed yourself. pets are ok, as long as they get along with my dog.i do not smoke, but if you do you will have to smoke outside. drinking responsibly is ok, and i am not opposed to house guest with in reason. background checks may be conducted and you must also provide references. i am a divorced father of 2 years with a ten-year-old son with whom i have shared custody of. he is everything to me. i am very open to people in the same circumstances that i am in and will discount on multiple rooms. there will be rent fee per month and a security deposit.please send a short bio and photo. if you are looking for rooms in a nice, secured, and stable environment... this is a great opportunity.
