this 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is located in a quiet, older neighborhood in marietta. the property is located at the back of the property, so it is private and secure. the townhouse is not located on a bus line. the available room is a master bedroom (upstairs) with a private attached bathroom. the bedroom has two closets, a queen size bed and a small desk. the bed and desk can be removed, if preferred. the house is furnished and you will have access to the entire house (except my room), but you must pick up after yourself and leave everything as is. the kitchen has basic cooking utensils and you are welcome to bring your own. trash removal, pest control, water, use of the pool and landscaping are included in the rent. you will need to split electricity with me. electricity usually runs a between $50 and $100 a month (total). you will have one parking space in front of the unit. all guests will have to park on the adjacent roadway. the hoa is very strict, so you can only park in your designated space. there is a small fenced in backyard area and front patio.
