a modern, contemporary style house that is located on a hill with beautiful serene acreage surrounded with trees overlooking an awesome lake. with floor to ceiling windows in the den, dining room and kitchen the house is filled with tons of bright light, you will feel like you are in a tree house. hawks, geese, ducks, blue herons and eagle fly overhead most days. the house is newly painted, with new light grayish carpet throughout. wi-fi internet and utilities are included in rent. w/d on premises in kitchen area.female roommate.
three story house, 3000 sqft. you will have your own large private room furnished with queen bed, tall and short dressers and 1 nite stand. imagine waking up to your own lake view thru 2 large windows + 2 big 8' closets and shelving. the bathroom is quite large with 2 sinks and 2 shower heads and is shared with another tenant. the two of you are on the top floor. there is no tv in the house, however, you are welcome to install in your room.
the common areas are the den, modern kitchen, dining room and there is a large basement should you need to store a few things.
location is within 5 minutes of major grocery stores, la fitness, wholefoods, home depot, the avenues, movie theaters, merchant's walk and many restaurants.
one condition is that you must work outside the house during the day and have regular business hours.
i will do a credit check and reference check. move in is first month + same for security deposit. rent 4 mos to 1 yr.

shoes are not worn in the house
no over nite guests
no pets (love them just can't have them)
