single occupancy, private, locking bedroom(s) for rent near osu/ncsc.shared use of bathroom, living rooms, dining room, kitchen and laundry room.
$100 per week includes: electric, gas, cable in living rooms, wifi, trash, water and weekly cleaning person. you will need to perform your own laundry duty on the day of the week that you are given (assigned).
you will not be expected to deep clean, but will be expected to pick up after yourself, and be able to relate well with the other housemates. there are 6 bedrooms in this house.
you will have your own assigned laundry space for soap, and your own assigned kitchen cabinet.
fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, standard kitchen appliances, and washer and dryer furnished.
dining room, living room, common area, laundry room, are all furnished. bedrooms come with a dresser and nightstand furnished, but you must supply your own bed. if you need us to supply a bed, let us know we will negotiate a higher weekly rent.
no pets of any kind are permitted, smoking permitted outside the home, and absolutely no drug use.
