i am traveling abroad for the remainder of the year and need to sublet my room! the location is prime location in the upper east side and right next to central park. there are plenty of shops, nice buildings, restaurants, and only 1 block from the gorgeous central park!!the apartment is on the 3rd floor in a walk-up building that has a beautiful exterior and interior. this is a 3 bedroom apartment with the 2 other girls remaining in the apartment for the full lease. this room is available starting july 1, 2017 to april 30th, 2018. must agree to sign the full 10 month sublet agreement.
the bedroom is very spacious and can fit a queen size bed, dresser, ottoman, 2 huge windows, and a big closet! plus you will have your own bathroom! this apartment has a total of 3 beds, 2 baths (the other 2 girls share the other bathroom). not only do you get a private bedroom and bathroom but there is also a laundry washer and dryer in the apartment! the kitchen has all the amenities and the living room is already furnished.
