looking for a roommate to share a large 3 bedroom apt with two other guys who work and attend college.

about the room: free cable included with rent. -gas, electricity and water included with rent. one large room includes dresser and closet. you must provide your own bed and television.(queen size bed or smaller) you will share the kitchen and bathroom. living room area is furnished. you would have full use of the apartment as far as sharing utensils, cookware, cups, plates etc.

no pets, no couples or children. apt is close to the 6 train, directly on the m101 bus line and a short walk to 4 and 5 trains. extra close to night life & restaurants and shopping! convenient and in a safe nice neighborhood. very close to 96th street. three blocks from the beautiful central park.
