so here's the deal i have for who ever is reading this:

i have one more month left before i leave for mexico and i'm looking for someone to take over my room and fill in my spot from the person i'm renting.
the room is located in washington heights in a really lovely neighborhood.

so i'll describe it for you:
room is located on 181st street at the intersection of washington heights, in a very energetic neighborhood. there are plenty of stores around the area for whatever you need, and can find almost anything within a block. i do mean that literally!
you have a starbucks right outside your door, so if you have to get up early for some coffee! then just walk outside and your there. also! the a-line is literally outside your door! just walk out the building, make a turn and your there!
a trip down to lower manhattan usually only takes about 20 to 25 minutes (a-line express- 125th jumps down to 59th ) the area is loaded with numerous 24 hour stores/grocery/food ...etc
gym/theater/bus line all extremely close

numerous park nearby/ washington bridge / cloisters

the total move in price is $1,300 (month's rent and deposit)
since i'm still on this for another month ( i can take less for the deposit but the monthly rent would still be $650
and you would actually be refunded $650.00 when you decide to leave (profit)

so if you pay $1,200.00 or close to that....then i wouldn't mind.
