roommate wanted to occupy an extra bedroom with a queen size loft bed, two clothes dressers,small refrigerator, air-conditioner, and a stereo. apartment has a full kitchen, with 4 top burner stove, oven, small george foreman grill, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and sink. there is a laundry guy right outside the main door to the apartment who will clean clothes for 80� per pound! very cheap grocery store with good quality food right around the corner. my bedroom/living room has a futon couch, tv, and playstation 3 which will be shared jointly with you, me, and the 3rd roommate, as long as i am not sleeping. 3rd roommate is 1 21 year old girl from atlanta. she works as a nanny and is usually out of the apartment for most of the day. apartment is fully furnished! we also have roof access to a porch, which is right outside of the room, with big comfortable patio chairs outside and a great view of uptown manhattan! i am looking to get $1300 per month. this will include heat, electricity, water, gas, and internet service. 1st and last month’s rent will be required before moving in. i am looking for someone who will be able to commit to living here for a minimum of 12 months…. if you are a foreign student, we might be able to make a deal… i need someone to move in for january 1st! the apartment is located on e. 7th st between 3rd and 2nd avenue. it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the soho, as well as a 10-15 minute walk to union square. 3 minute walk away to the 6 train, 5 minute walk to the n/r train!! applicants must not be allergic to cats. applicants must also know that my mom will drop by on occasion.
