i am currently seeking a flat mate. the apartment is two bedrooms flat and i am occupying one of the rooms presently.the apartment is fully furnished (bed, storage, desk and chair) with 2 big windows looking onto the garden.
bathroom with bath, big kitchen equipped (family fridge, oven, rice cooker, gas cooker, italian coffee maker, washing machine)
the apartment is very roomy and absolutely beautiful, i promise you will fall in love with it when you see it.
rent is $890 which includes all utilities! (heat/ac, electric, internet, water,cable and i do have netflix and hulu+ on the tv).
the apartment is furnished with bed for a very reasonable price.
about me: i am 24 graduate on the ues. i have a very social life and enjoy going out and having fun on the weekends. i am laid back but keep the apartment very clean. i like to have a nice comfortable clean place to come home to and relax after a long day. i am ideally looking for someone that can move in for up to a year but short term situations are also ok.
the building allows pets but i will only consider small very well trained animals.
