two cousins sharing one room are looking for third roommate to share an apartment in low 90's. apartment has two bedrooms (you would have own private room with closet, window and ceiling fan). furnished or unfurnished - your choice! we share kitchen/dining area, small living area and bathroom. gym 2 blocks away, 10 min walk to subway, central park, east river promenade. lots of restaurants and bars in area. my cousin and i grew up together. i go to hunter college and he recently graduated from sva. now working. no overnight guest, unless announced in advance, and we will do same. we are relatively neat and would like someone about the same. we sometimes cook together and also clean up after ourselves. rent is $1,300 plus wi-fi and utilities. commitment is 1 year - mid-august 2014 to mid-august 2015. please email asap if interested.
