my roommate is being relocated by the military, so i have a room open in my fully furnished, cozy duplex. i am within walking distance of central park, and aggieville. i have one small dog, a quiet cuddle monster pomeranian, a washer and dryer, nice fully applianced kitchen, and internet.

i work a lot, but when i am home, it's pretty quiet. i'm not a loud party person, 20/f, wanting to get the room filled sooner rather than later.
