we are a married couple living in the town of manchester, on the border of londonderry. where we live it is extremely quiet and peaceful. we live close enough to the city to be near the big stores but far away enough so its safe and pretty near our apartment (especially in the spring and autumn!) . shared kitchen and shared bathroom but both are spacious enough for your own shelves and personal space. we are looking basically for non-smokers but if you are a smoker who is responsible enough to go outside and not bring the habit inside it could be worked out. no pets please as we cannot have anymore pets in the apartment. we have two dogs both friendly and happy. a single room mate or a quiet responsible couple would be fine as well. our room mate would not need to worry about cleaning the apartment as i do that myself everyday, and they would only need to worry about their own messes. we are both students at nearby colleges and having another student in the house would be awesome. my husband and i like to read, draw, play video games, and go out once in a while. a room mate would be welcome to join us in any of these activites as we like to be social. the room is approxiamately 10 ft by 13 ft with one large window that easily lights up the whole room and a ledge running around half of the room that offers extra storage or decoration space. in the summer this room is cooler because it gets the least of the hot summer sun. rent is $450.00/month heat & hot water included (deposit of $200.00 when moving in). cable jack is in the room though we do not have cable you could set up cable privately in your own room. before moving in the room will be re-painted and the carpet will be steam cleaned and sanitized for you. plenty of private off-street parking for free with free snow plowing service makes it easy in the winter time. if we sound like what you are looking for please feel free to contact us!
