since this is a shared living situation, i will require you to meet the other girls and i let them make the final decision on who they would like to move in.
one girl is a special education teacher in the area and the other is only around from sunday night through thursday morning for school.
condo is 1100 square feet with a finished basement.
a shared eat in kitchen and living space, one full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor.
back patio with gas grill, laundry (washer and dryer) in the basement and a small amount of storage available in the basement
rent is $410 a month with one months security deposit plus your share of the utilities split between the roommates (around $160 a month)
room is approximately 15 ft by 12ft tiled with large area rug and cable hookup in a finished basement.
minimum commitment of 3 months with 30 days notice to move out.
the is a fairly quiet condo during the week since people either work or go to school.
everyone is expected to do their fair share of house cleaning and picking up after themselves.
drug-free, dependable, no heavy drinkers or drama. these girls did not sign up to be your mother or your babysitter.
plenty of off street parking is available
no smoking inside the condo and absolutely no pets!
quick & easy access to i-384, bike path, tennis, basketball, softball, restaurants & shops. there is a pizza place, package store, convenience store, chinese and dry cleaners all next to the condo or across the street.
