hello!we are looking for one roommate to share this beautiful 3 bed, 1 bath apt, you will have your private bedroom and we share the basement. we have plenty of space for storing.
we want someone between 23-30, female or male, friendly, not someone that spends all day in their room, we love to have fun, play video games, watch movies, board games, etc...
the room has a queen bed but we can store it if you don't need it. the good news for you is the rest of the apartment is completely furnished (including the kitchen) and you're welcome to use it all! this is an ideal living situation for someone new to town or someone with enough belongings to fill a bedroom.
about us:
i'm a 27 y/o graphic designer. i work in peabody. i'm studying my masters at northeastern
roomate 2: he's 27 y/o software qa eng. works in boston. he loves music, video games, sci-fi movies and me too! our two dogs, one is a mix of shih tzu with pekingese and the other one shih tzu with poodle very hairy and small. and super clean!
roomate 3: he 's 35 and he is a driver. he is really funny he likes movies, play domino and boardgames and he hates vegetables! especially onion haha.
* 8 min walk to malden center station orange line also very convenient bus station
must be ok with dogs (we have two)
***plus utilities divided by 4.
