i am posting this for my mother. she lives in a 2 story 3k sq/ft house in a brand new subdivision in magnolia located off of 1488 between 149 and 2978. she works and is a professional in that regard and it would be nice to find someone who is of the same manner. the rooms (2) are a at from here's but all bedrooms are on the first floor. the first one is semi furnished besides a bed. the second is bare. one can have a tv if you'd like or not if you have your own. she has 2 dogs and cats that are either outside or in a kennel (cats are outside). there is full cable and hi speed internet. the house is less than 2 years old and is in a quiet neighborhood. there's over 500 cable channels with all packages included and cable boxes in every room. she is looking to rent out the two rooms for $600 a piece no extra bills and a $200 refundable deposit. you will be on a month-to-month but would prefer longevity. she is a christian hard working woman so please be professional, respectable and curtious to others as this will be a peaceful environment for everyone.
