no drama! if drama tends to swirl around you, don't come here. drinkers welcome, alcoholics are not. no drugs of any kind. no smoking.the apartment: the apartment has two bedrooms and one and a half bath and is two stories. both bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs. your bedroom is partially furnished and the common areas are fully furnished. the electric bill is low each month, our highest was $76 in november. the water bill is included in the rent.
the neighborhood: our area is quiet, most neighbors are in bed around 10 or 11pm. the parking is directly in front of the door and is uncovered.
amenities: washer/dryer in apartment, dishwasher, playground, trash pickup (included in rent)
tv/internet: we currently have one channel (cw20) or two channels on a good day with a digital converter. internet is run from our phones. though, with the addition of a roommate, we would be able to afford both tv (most likely dish network) and internet.
