i would ideally like to find two roommates for my available bedroom, as it is a large bedroom and would cut the cost for everyone. i have a dog that any other pets would need to get along with. there is no pet deposit; a dog park is located about 300 ft away. rent includes all utilities but electric; there will also be a cable/internet bill.
