greetings: my name is kevin. i'm a 30 yr old working professional looking for a female roomate to share the rent. i consider myself a friendly natured guy who's easy-going and always respectful of others. the only criteria i have is that you are clean, dependable, trust worthy and free of any drama. in other words, i'm very easy to live with so i only ask the same in return. if that's you then test - passed. it's a 3 bedroom house sitting in a nice & quiet neighborhood in madison, al off of liberty dr. conveniently located with near hwy access, close to redstone arsenal, bridge street, and other commercial locations. rent is $400 each month with everything else included. house is furnished with washer/dryer,appliances, cable/internet. must be ok with dogs, as i have two who stay outside in the back yard. if this sounds like a good fit for you, please let me know. thanks! ~kevin
