one large 13' x 11.5' bedroom with two closets. 2 bedroom 1 bath house on open 1.35 acre lot in culdesac. i live in the other bedroom. share large kitchen with plenty cabinet space (if not we'll build more, there's room), good size family/living room, and utility/laundry room. yes we share the bathroom and yes it is small but i don't plan on being in there while you are so problem solved. detached covered carport and shop/storage building in which you can park your vehicle and access to half the shop/storage building. it's wired for any type of welding projects if that happens to be the deal maker for you. internet is included at 50mbps. if you require more throughput or your own pipe we can make that happen. i am a 39 yo father of my adorable toddler aged daughter to whom she comes and stays the night 2/3 nights a week and every other weekend. so, please understand that situation in every aspect before you make your inquiry. you can smoke because i do but only in the utility room and outside when baby girl is home. don't care if you party...just not here. serious calls only. do not text me i won't reply.
