my husband and i are renting a room in this house. we are in our late 20s. looking for someone is their 20s or 30s. no couples. room is l shaped. on the long side, its 15 by 10 ft and the short side its 5 by 5 ft.. it has 2 closets and a ceiling fan. private unattached bathroom. you will have use of the rest of the house other than the other bedrooms. we have 2 cats, so only caged pets allowed or indoor fixed cats and no smokers. rent is $600 a month, including utilities. willing to go to $500 but bathroom will not be private. move in date:jun 1st
