our house is right at the center of lynnwood city on a quiet, safe street with friendly neighbors; very convenient speaking of shopping, dining and transport. the bus stop is just a 3-minute-walk from our house. and, there are 5 bus routes served at that bus stop. besides, we are near to the transit center from where you can go literally anywhere with totally 21 bus routes serving from the center.

we have experience in accommodating students from korea, japan, denmark, hong kong and others.
we are a family of husband, wife and two boys (tom, 24 and neo, 20). tom is learning to fly. he already got a private pilot license. he wants to become an airlines pilot one day. neo is in the first year in college and interested in sports esp. basketball, rollerblade, cycling, surfing, and diablo.
we run homestay mainly because we like friends from different cultures.
no smoking at home. no tolerance for drugs or alcohol consumption.
your bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, chairs, dresser/closet, desk, lamp, mirror and free use of wireless internet.
