i own a 3 bedroom, 1 den (2 mini rooms and a 200 sqft area den) and 1 bath house. i am seeking to rent my 5 room house to female only, non-smoker, responsible tenants. the house sits on an 8600 sq ft. lot, has a huge backyard, and is a nice rambler. recently re-modeled the bathroom, and the house is extremely close to the local colleges, schools, alderwood mall, easy and quick access to both i-5 and i-405, and close to 196th st. sw. strip. the rent is as follows: master bedroom - 150 sq.ft.: $550 including utilities (oak finish wood floor room), 2nd largest room - 120 sq.ft.: $500 including utilities (carpet finish), 3rd largest room - 100 sq.ft.: $475, 2 den rooms are 85-90 sq.ft. each. they are next to each other in the big, private den area with access to the backyard. if a tenant would like to rent the den with the private 2 rooms, it would be $650 including utilities (den would have access to other tenants occasionally as the washer and dryer is located by the backyard access door) or individually at $400 per room for the small den rooms. please contact me via e-mail for details.
