you'd be occupying the third bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment. my apartment-mate(male, gay, 39) and i(male, straight, 34) occupy the other two bedrooms. we're looking for our new apartment-mate. the room is currently furnished, but we can empty it if you'd prefer to bring your own furniture. we will divide the utilities (gas, electric & internet) three ways (about $75 a month per person). the house is owned by a landlord, who lives with his family on the first floor. we live on the second floor, and yes, we have a separate entrance. transportation is a breeze out here--we're a block away from the bus to nyc, and two blocks away from nj transit. we're close to all major nj universities, too. commute to nyc 20-25 min.by public transportation. njt one block up, one block from diner and convenient stores and close to malls. and it's easy to find street parking. full kitchen to cook. one full bathroom, which is shared. $528 per month and $750 deposit. time period of lease: three months before moving out you just have to let us know that. a room will be available from may 1st, 2012
