searching for a female under 30 to take over a short term lease until the end of august. needing someone to move in asap. rent $380, utilities and internet about $100. income requirement of $1200-$1500 to sign on your own, or you can have a cosigner. february rent is paid, but must have someone to pay march rent. would like partial february rent reimbursement for whatever part of february you move in. private room and private bathroom.no pets.
