hello!my name is lyndsi and i'm a 27 year old professional living in broomfield. i have a house that will be available to rent at the end of february 2016 in louisville, colorado. here are the stats about the house:

each room is renting for $600.00 per month and that includes water. the house is unfurnished and the carpet is new.
for a little about me! i'm an active person (i love hiking and walking in the front range), i am not a night owl and am very clean. i have a small 5lb pomeranian named lucy who is very well behaved (and quiet!) and she loves people :) i am an active member of flatirons community church and would love to have the house open for bible study and dinners once per week. a group of us get together at my house to have dinner, share what's going on in our lives, and just do life together! i would love for my roommates to join me and contribute to a lovely, fun atmosphere in the house. i'm an outgoing, friendly and energetic personality; i am a quiet and considerate roommate. if you feel that we would be a good roommate match, please contact me so we can have a chat!
