apartment: spacious living room, balcony, urban gardens inside and outside the apartment grounds, private bedrooms. walking and biking paths are across the street. safe gated complex with a shared laundry room. the apartment has beautiful natural lighting and large windows. there are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in walking distance including an instrument store, antique shop, doughnut shop, pharmacy, and many restaurants (authentic japanese, fast food japanese, mexican, americana, pizza parlour, thai, vegan / vegetarian restaurant, etc.) all within walking distance, most just five minutes walking.
transportation:
your room comes with a large closet and your own gated parking space. conveniently located next to several bus bus lines including the #7, #108, #14, and a short bus ride connects to the rail. the baloona creek bike path is just a few blocks away, and it only takes 15 minutes to bike to the beach. lots of street parking for guests.
