hi i have a room for rent!the room: private bedroom, lot's of closet space, gets a great amount of sunlight. shared bathroom.
the area: located near lacienega blvd and knowlton street. this apartment is a very quiet and peaceful space. you will have considerate roommates and neighbors and full kitchen/common area access. within walking distance from the ladera center shopping mall, close to lax , southbay, westchester, west la, hollywood etc. 10 minutes or less from the westfield shopping center fox hills. no cable right now but there is a unlimited wifi :) the 110, 217, 212 and 102 metro lines are all within walking distance.
the roomates: your roommates are two adult women, working in both the entertainment and health/wellness industry and hardly home. please be clean. no smoking inside the house. rent is $750 and should be payed at the 1st of every month. please be stable financially. we are primarily looking for female roommate, but open to options if the right person comes along.
