***available now***i am looking for female roommate. i have a fully furnished 3 bedroom home with a massive fenced yard. the home is updated with new stainless steel appliances, shiny hardwood floors, laundry room with washer/dryer, cozy living room and a patio with a grill. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to shopping and historical main street shops and easy highway access (i-25, hwy 287 and hwy 119) all within 5 mins.
i am easy going, fun and personable. i will respect boundaries and ask the same in return. i am looking for a female renter with steady income, someone clean and responsible.
rent $650 a month. deposit $650
this includes all utilities, cable and wifi, parking, laundry facilities, full use of all shared space including patio, grill and fire pit.
